He was the most human (A Tribute a Leonard Nimoy
So the most fan boys have feared for many years came true Friday as Leonard Nimoy passed away at age 82. The year 2015 is the year we come to a realization we now live in a world without Spock. I can go on about all the roles Nimoy has played and how he laughted at his fame. But I'd rather talk about how Nimoy meant to fans, and how he stood as an Icon an entertainer and an artist. Through those pointy ears spoke was probably the most human Alien have seen on television. Spock understood the value of friendship and was not afraid to speak his mind. Spock was a charicter that science fiction fans could see them selves in. The words live "long and prosper" meant he so many meanings. Star Trek with all it's social commentary and internectral and polictal social insights taught its audience to better itself . Nimoys Spock inspired generations of Science Fiction fans in many positive and artistic ways. You can see all of this through Nimoyd acting as the Spock through the 79 episodes of the original Star Trek, The six original films and I think most noteablly Star Trek: The Next Genaration Unification Part 2. He played villains as we'll he made The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins he had an episode on The Simpsons. I can go on about many rolesNimoy had protrayed. More noteablly Nimoy was more than an actor. He was an artist and spoken voice and icon. All Star Trek actors have stood out as more than just actors. Nimoy was also a photographer, poet, and director. You see his creativity in any work Nimoy has done. With everything Nimoy did no matter what is what one thing is certain. Nimoy showed us the meaning of what it is to be human.
